Since our founding in 1966, we have followed the management principle of “Respecting people’s feelings, creating abundant value, and striving to contribute to society as a bridge leading to the future.” Under that principle, we have continuously provided products that offer satisfaction and a sense of excitement to our customers. Our group's corporate activities are carried out on a global scale. So, it is of utmost importance that every individual who works at our group learns the management principles in even more depth and practices them. The environment surrounding today's corporations continues to undergo dramatic changes. It goes without saying that companies must supply products of excellent quality. On top of that, the concept that companies must also fulfill Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from diverse aspects is becoming a prerequisite for conducting business. Those aspects include protection of the global environment and labor environment, risk management, and social contribution. Through practicing our management principles, we are called on to take action so that we can meet the trust and expectations placed on us by all the stakeholders involved with the company: customers, shareholders, employees, and others. We hereby set down and announce our Corporate Behavior Charter as a promise both inside and outside the company to fulfill that strong desire. This Corporate Behavior Charter indicates the actions that each and every employee must take in his or her day-to-day activities as a member of the Iriso Group. Its aim is to maintain and enhance the trust of society in our group's business activities.
